Course Description: Digital imaging using raster image editing and/or image creation software: scanning, resolution, file formats, output devices, color systems, and image-acquisitions. This course is cross-listed as ARTC 1402. The student may register for either ARTC 1302 or ARTC 1402 but may receive credit for only one of the two. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)

The flexible course structure gives the option of attending either sessions in the classroom, participating online or doing both. Digital Imaging course will familiarize users with the editing capabilities of Adobe Photoshop software. Students learn how to use the software interface and access its expansive set of features.
